Hola! Nuestro albergue es una casa típica gallega donde recibimos huéspedes que pueden ser peregrinos, moteros, estudiantes, trabajadores y otras personas que buscan un lugar de descanso y relax. En este momento estamos buscando un ayudante para tareas de cocina, limpieza y tareas generales que podamos necesitar en el momento. Buscamos gente con ganas de colaborar , que guste de la naturaleza y con buen trato.

El albergue es muy lindo, el trabajo variado, en esta época tareas de mantenimiento y algún evento en el que venía gente a comer y pasar el rato en diferentes actividades. el hostel es un pueblito a 10 km de Lugo (hay bus urbano que te deja a 1km aprox del albergue), se puede hacer un trayecto del camino de Santiago y hay lindos bosques para perderse caminando! Mucho verde para conectar. En cuanto a los anfitriones, Fátima y José me trataron muy bien, me acercaron a la cultura local y cocinan riquísimo.

Mi primer voluntariado y sin dudas, no pudo ser mejor. A tal punto que me quede una semana más para seguir disfrutando de este hermoso lugar. Fátima (quien encabeza este proyecto), José (su marido) y Jeni (su hija) me hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer día, los trabajos se acomodan a la necesidad del lugar y del momento. Son flexibles con los horarios y la comida es un viaje de ida (Es Increíblemente buena). Además compartimos momentos de música, caminatas. Me enseñaron algo de Yoga, Meditación y su cultura. Lo recomiendo 100%. Fue una linda experiencia.

¡Mi experiencia fue muy gratificante! el hostel es un pueblo rodeado de bosques, senderos, silencio, paisajes verdes, casas de piedra y muchas historias para descubrir. ¡Gracias Fatima por tu amabilidad! El Albergue es un proyecto con mucho corazón y estoy sumamente agradecida con Fatima y su hija por estas semanas que compartimos. Vine en temporada baja, por lo tanto el trabajo se adaptó a las necesidades de la casa. Trasladarse desde aquí es algo complejo pero siempre hubo flexibilidad con los horarios y disposición, lo cual me permitió conocer también otros lugares cerca de aquí.

Creo que los anfitriones deberían saber realmente lo que es un voluntariado, que no es un trabajo y que es una ayuda a cambio de algunas cosas como el alojamiento y comida
